Hi,

I have to following setup:
* Exchange 2003 server SP2 which is DC/GC (Windows 2003 SP2) in SourceForestA
* Exchange 2007 server SP1 RU3 in TargetForestB
* I have an account in both forests that has sufficient permissions on Exchange and on Active Directory
* I'm using Get-Credential to fill the variables.

The source AD needs to be Windows 2003 in order to use cross-mbox move as I found out recently. There are a number of articles out there that talk about cross forest moves from EXCH2000>EXCH2007 - but none mention the requirements for Active Directory.
If you try to move when all source DC's are Win2K, you get:

The Error message:
Domain Controller 'lima.contoso.com' Operating System version is 5.0 (2195) Service Pack 4. The minimum version required is 5.2 (3790) Service Pack 1.
