* Exchange 2003 server SP2 which is DC/GC (Windows 2003 SP2) in SourceForestA
* Exchange 2007 server SP1 RU3 in TargetForestB
* I have an account in both forests that has sufficient permissions on Exchange and on Active Directory
* I’m using Get-Credential to fill the variables.

There are a number of articles out there that talk about cross forest moves from EXCH2000>EXCH2007 - but none mention the requirements for Active Directory. If you try to move when all source DC's are Win2K, you get: The Error message: Domain Controller 'lima.contoso.com' Operating System version is 5.0 (2195) Service Pack 4. The minimum version required is 5.2 (3790) Service Pack 1. The source AD needs to be Windows 2003 in order to use cross-mbox move as I found out recently.
