The Outlook 2007 Add-in: Folder Homepage View Customization is available for download from the Microsoft site. The download page mentions an article that has no text, by the time I posted this information. I hope that Microsoft fixes it quickly.

Brief Description
The Folder Homepage View Customization sample project illustrates ways to host nested WPF, ActiveX and Windows Forms controls inside an Outlook add-in application by customizing the view of a MAPI folder in Outlook.
