Microsoft has such an update (KB924423), but first requires that you validate that you are using “Genuine Microsoft Software”. Even if you are, you’re told that your product key is invalid. You can correct that with the “Product Key Update Tool”. (That is assuming you can figure out the correct product key. Hint: It’s on the side of your tower.) Restart.
Okay, all set! Now you can download the holidays, right? Nope. Sorry sucker. Your product key is still invalid. Trying the download through CNET isn’t any better. Buy a paper calendar–maybe one with pictures of horses, kittens or swimsuit models. It will work better.
