    Hi,

I have been trying to install exchange 2007 beta 2.
Initially i faced issue with the installation on mmc 3.0 but later i fixed that with a registry tweak.

Now i have installed it successfully.
Does any know how to setup a basic mailflow on this.
mine is a single box setup, ad and exchange on same box.

how to go about setting up basic message flow on the exchange 2007 box.

    thanks

You might want to post questions like this in the Exchange 2007 forums, which I link to the this post.

By default both a send and a receive connector is created. You should be able to send messages right away, but since the receive connector by default only allows internal Exchange Hub Transport servers or Edge servers in your DMZ to send messages to it, you would need to first remove the default receive connector, then create a new one of the type “Internet”.

You’ll then be able to receive messages as well.
