    Nice read Henrik!

If only TCO and features were enough to change the minds of the corporate heads that use BlackBerry devices due to the fact that their neighbours use it (they have it, I must have it).

One thing that might leave managers a little skeptical about the results is that their findings demonstrate a higher number of mailboxes on the backend servers with WM5 devices deployed versus no mobile devices and their conclusions for this being less MAPI sessions from the desktop. I don’t see that being conclusive as most organizations with mobile devices deployed do not have lower Outlook usage comparitively speaking.

P.S. I am almost done reading your book! So far I am impressed with the level of detail.
