If only TCO and features were enough to change the minds of the corporate heads that use BlackBerry devices due to the fact that their neighbours use it (they have it, I must have it).

One thing that might leave managers a little skeptical about the results is that their findings demonstrate a higher number of mailboxes on the backend servers with WM5 devices deployed versus no mobile devices and their conclusions for this being less MAPI sessions from the desktop.  I don't see that being conclusive as most organizations with mobile devices deployed do not have lower Outlook usage comparitively speaking.
