The company I work for, Mimecast, have been offering seamless integration into Outlook 2003 and 2007 without stubbing for the past couple of quarters. This is achieved through MAPI emulation making the Mimecast servers look like an Exchange server. Technically this is not true, GFI are not the first company to offer this feature.
