<description>Does this product archive Webmail and IM aswell?

I have been looking at different products and the only product I've found to meet all of our ecommunications and ediscovery mandates is a product from freedom9.

They have a box that does all of this, but I am still doing my best to shop around.

Any Comments?

Thanks,
