I installed Rollup 7 for MS-Exchange 2007 SP1 and my outgoing mails was swoing to the receipient the following format.
IMCEAEX-_O=FIRST+20ORGANIZATION_OU=EXCHANGE+20ADMINISTRATIVE+20GROUP +20+28FYDIBOHF23SPDLT+29_CN=RECIPIENTS_CN=FirstName+2ELastName@domain.com
Is ther something that i can do so will not have these result?

Or delete the cache in the outlook, for those corupted attributes.
