Understanding Exchange Server 2007 I/O improvements from 64 bit

As you might have heard the RTM version of Exchange 2007 will be 64-bit only. Why 64-bit? Better use of RAM and improved I/O. This taked us further away from the limitations originally imposed by the original PC architecture.
