I confirmed this by logging in and being able to download this. I also got some shiny new serials for Vista and Office 2007. I will upgrade as soon as Office 2007 Hebrew is out
For now I will skip Vista, at least until some more application and driver compatibiliy exists.

It seems like the new Exchange 2007 Enterprise edition will now be only required for very large Exchange depoloyments, clustered or NAS based. The limits on the standard edition has been lifted and curiously enough it supports continuous replication, a former costly feature with 3rd party support only.
However, some of the Exchange 2007 feature such as unified messaging and forefront security will only be available with Exchange 2007 Enterprise.

The Microsoft Exchange team post another in-depth article on Exchange 2007, this time on delegating Active Directory permissions. Please note that some of this seemingly Exchange 2007 related article also apply to Exchange 2003 as the ADSIEdit and DSACLS tools also work well (even with Exchange 2000).
